API 5CT Johnson Screen Pipe

Screen pipe is a key equipment for sand control in oil and gas wells. It adopts a composite structure of stainless steel or alloy based pipes (such as 316L, 13Cr) and multi-layer filter screens (wound/slotted/metal wool), with a customizable aperture of 0.1-3mm. The core uses include: 1 Block formation sand from entering the wellbore, with a sand control efficiency greater than 95%; 2. Maintain smooth oil flow channels with a permeability of ≥ 120D; 3. Suitable for horizontal wells/loose sandstone layers, with a pressure resistance of up to 70MPa and a temperature resistance of -30 ℃~150 ℃. Its precision filtration layer can intercept particles larger than 40 μ m, and when combined with gravel filling, it can increase production capacity by more than 30%. It is widely used in well completion sand control, water injection well sand control, and shale gas wells, significantly reducing pump damage and well repair frequency, and extending oil well life by 5-8 years.
