3PE Anti-Corrosion Pipe

Our company's 3PE anti-corrosion pipes adopt industry-leading integrated production technology. After years of technological iteration, a mature, efficient, and precise production process has been formed to ensure that the anti-corrosion quality of each pipe is stable and controllable. In the early stage of production, the steel pipe substrate undergoes sandblasting and rust removal treatment to Sa2.5 level, with a surface roughness controlled at 40-70 μ m, thoroughly removing oxide scale, rust, and impurities, laying a solid foundation for the adhesion of the three-layer anti-corrosion structure.

The core production process adopts synchronous extrusion coating technology, which completes epoxy powder spraying, adhesive extrusion, and polyethylene extrusion synchronously. The coating thickness is precise and controllable, with an error of no more than ± 10 μ m, and there are no defects such as bubbles, pinholes, or peeling; Equipped with an intelligent online detection system, real-time monitoring of coating thickness, adhesion, and appearance quality, closed-loop control throughout the process, ensuring that the product meets international standards and high standards requirements of overseas customers.
