Plastic-Coated Anti-Corrosion Pipe
Coated anti-corrosion steel pipe is a composite anti-corrosion pipe made of ordinary steel pipe as the substrate, and a layer of plastic coating is melted and attached to the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe through professional processes. It combines the structural strength of steel pipe with the anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and sanitary properties of plastic, and is an upgraded product of traditional anti-corrosion steel pipe. It is mainly used in fluid transportation scenarios with high requirements for anti-corrosion, anti scaling, and service life.
This type of steel pipe has smooth inner and outer walls, low fluid resistance, no scaling or blockage, high transportation efficiency, and good chemical corrosion resistance, water resistance, and weather resistance. It is suitable for various complex environments such as buried, overhead, humid, acid and alkali, and is non-toxic and odorless during use. Its hygiene performance meets the standard, and it is also suitable for transportation scenarios that require water quality, such as drinking water and municipal water supply and drainage.
Plastic coated anti-corrosion steel pipes are easy to install and can be connected using conventional methods such as flanges, grooves, and welding. They have strong construction adaptability and low maintenance costs in the later stage. They are widely used in municipal water supply and drainage, petrochemicals, electricity, mining, sewage treatment, seawater transportation, as well as gas, HVAC and other engineering fields. They are currently a widely used and stable type of pipe material in anti-corrosion pipeline systems.
